Holistic Wellness and Reiki Retreats
A Retreat provides a wonderful opportunity for rest and renewal. A time to reflect, return to self and re-establish a sense of wholeness again.
Reiki days are run throughout the year, for those attuned to level one and above, to help people deepen their relationship to Reiki, learn new techniques and build confidence in their practice. These days are an opportunity to connect with our growing Reiki family and meet like-minded individuals. Reiki days offer a flexible combination of Reiki practice, meditations, and energy work in a wonderful setting, with opportunities to ask for support and guidance along the way.
Collaborative workshops are offered in The New Forest, combining a variety of disciplines including Qigong, Yin Yoga, Somatics, Myofascial release and Reiki. Co hosted with Cheryl Ellis of zenzoneyoga.co.uk these retreats are based on TCM Five Element Theory and the corresponding seasons and organs. The focus is to support our immune systems throughout the year by drawing upon these practices to maintain health and vitality.
Also offered are extended weekend and four day retreats away in Anglesey, Launceston Farm, the New Forest and Glastonbury. These Residential Retreats offer the time and space for you to truly unwind and nourish yourself from the inside out. Many of our participants return year after year.
